"Stopped in for lunch with my wife and son. We had a great experience. Our waitress was extremely attentive and very friendly. We ordered the fried mozzarella as an appetizer and be warned if you don’t know…these are not small Mozzarella sticks…they are like huge blocks of fried cheese and they were SOOOO GOOD! We were just full after eating so much cheese. I ordered the Big Smash Burger, my son got the burger bites, and my wife got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and an order of Queso fries. It was all excellent. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean."

"Been to chilis 5 times in the past couple months and today when I visited was by far the best experience I have had yet. Jack(son) was my waiter. I had the chicken bacon ranch nachos and they were phenomenal. In addition to the food, the waiter was great. He was very attentive and joked around. Overall this is the best experience I have had at this location since they have been open!"

"I’m from New York City visiting down south and my server was Quay. She was excellent in every aspect. Very friendly, very welcoming! She definitely deserves a raise for the way she handled her tables, maintaining a polite demeanor even when hit with my raging family who may not always be the kindest. She showed us what southern hospitality is and was effortless doing everything! 100/10"

"Had a rocky start with the first waitress, as she spoke to us a few times answering questions, then never came back! We did get a replacement, and he was great! Excellent service for the duration of our visit."

"Came here with my daughter on Friday, February 20, 2026. When I tell you Laura the store manager was Amazing! She exceeded my expectations as a manager. I was truly amazed at how she maneuvered through the busy restaurant to make sure everyone was serviced the way you should be. As well our server Kimberly ,she was great, very kind and courteous! Thank you what you both do. Food was great!"

"Today we were visiting Brunswick from Savannah. I wasn’t sure we wanted to come in because our experience at the Savannah was so bad. Today, however, was a totally different experience. The service was far superior over Savannah. The salad was delicious. We ordered the chipotle chicken salad., the waitress gave us ranch with the salad to mellow the spicy dressing which I love. The Savannah location covered the salad to where I couldn’t eat it, and to make things worse the server didn’t care. Our waitress, Shaierra, took such good care of our table. I will take the drive to Brunswick just to go to this chili’s. We spoke with the general manager Chuck to let him know of our experience. He was very nice, he was the cherry on top of or wonderful experience."

"Went to dinner with a couple of my colleagues. We all had a cocktail to begin and Joseph was an awesome bartender! We moved to a table where I had the trio, everything was hot, delicious and there wasn’t a long wait! My server, Maddison, was kind, attentive and made sure everything was correct for all 3 of the people in my group. The manager, Lara, came by to check on us and ensure we were all pleased. As we were stating how awesome everything was, a child a table over, spilled her drink, Maddison and Lara quickly, (but politely) excused themselves, they ran to the rescue! It was a WONDERFUL experience! I can’t wait to go back, and I have already been referring loved ones to enjoy the pleasant experience we received! Thank you so very much to the Chili’s staff and specifically these 3! I had to make sure I got their names because I could not WAIT to leave this RAVE REVIEW! 5 STARS Chilis, and 5 gold stars for Maddison, Joseph, and Lara! Oh, and I forgot to mention, I think his name was Bruno, he was kind, friendly, and helped us with his favorite suggestions on the menu when we were between switching from the bar to the table! Great job and clearly, excellent teamwork!"
